Owner and founder Silvia was inspired by the flavours she grew up with in Lima, meaning each dessert is baked with passion and authenticity.
She has built her range around manjar — a slow-cooked caramel (similar to dulce de leche) that sits at the heart of her alfajores and desserts.

4th generation urban farmers Matt and Arina are committed to continuing their strong family legacy through sustainable growing practices. They produce seasonal organic vegetables locally in Heatherton, and have quickly become well known for their quality and friendly service.
