Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:
Change of Mind - Products: We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. If customers change their mind, they can request an exchange on products within 14 days of purchase to product/s of equal value. If the new item is of a lesser value, the difference in value will not be refunded. The product must be in the same physical condition as when it was delivered/purchased to accept the return. Pick up/ delivery and return to store of the item is at the cost of the customer.
Change of Mind - Plants: We only offer a 5-day Change of Mind exchange policy on all plants due to the nature of the product. Customers can request an exchange on their purchase to product/s of equal value. If the new item is of a lesser value, the difference in value will not be refunded. The plant must be in the same physical condition as when it was delivered/purchased to accept the return. Please keep them watered and do not plant them. If the plant appears as though it has been taken out of the pot and planted, we may not accept the return/refund. Pick up/ delivery and return to store of item is at the cost of the customer.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers should contact us immediately. We'll make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Photos of damaged item will help to speed up the process.
Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all return requests.
Initiating a Return: To start a return for damaged of incorrect items, customers can contact us at info@mangonimerchants.com.au. Upon approval, instructions will be provided regarding pick up of damaged item and replacement timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including some perishable goods, custom products, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return for the original purchase and make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with processing times varying depending on the bank or credit card company.
